The Michael H. Davis Family Foundation utilizes the Wix.com platform to host their foundation site. To that end, all applicable privacy policies enforced by wix.com will be enforced on the Foundation website.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our Foundation adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The Michael H. Davis Family Foundation retains personal and non-personal information collected through our website only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

• Donation Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with IRS and nonprofit recordkeeping standards.

• Email and Contact Information: Retained for up to 5 years after the last interaction, or until a user unsubscribes or requests deletion.

• Website Analytics Data: Retained for no longer than 26 months, in line with industry best practices.

• Volunteer or Scholarship Applications: Retained for up to 3 years after submission unless otherwise required.
